Other features include an indoor pool, common area, exercise rooms, indoor greenhouse, elevator access and underground parking, all for one monthly fee. Mountain views are visible from some units. Northern Meridian is across from a limestone bluff and cedar forest overlooking the Winooski River. Neville Companies is handling the leasing and will manage the property.
